NO CLOSING COST OPTION
- Properties must be owner ocupied or second home.
- Minimum FICO score requirement is 680 on all loans.
- Available on all conforming and jumbo home loans to $5,000,000.
- No closing cost option will increase Borrowers Interest Rate and APR.
- Title insurance and lender fees may be credited to Borrower in escrow.
- Appraisal fees must be paid up front by the Borrower and refunded at closing.
NOTE:Taxes, interest and insurance are the responsibility of the Borrower. This includes but not limited to; property taxes, hazard insurance, flood insurance, earthquake insurance, hurricane insurance, pre-paid interest and accrued interest.
